I am sure that, like me, everyone who has been in the woods the last few weeks has seen the huge variety of mushrooms that are flourishing in this miserable, wet weather. But, I was on a walk to the White Ledges the other day and we saw an enormous one right in the middle of the path. I have no idea what kind it is or how how dangerous it might be, but thought it was worth sharing:
